Notes from the meeting of 8/09/2011

1.Specifications are now being drawn up for the new franchises in 2013.
Requests are being put in from various rail bodies and local councils.
For Ivybridge the maintaining of the present services is a starting point
but as priority bridging the almost 4 hr gap in eastbound services between
10.00 and 14.00. Also improvements in Sunday services and early morning
eastbound services will be sought.

2.Two new members have recently joined the group and any others who use 
Ivybridge Station would be welcomed to apply to join. See Dawn Trower 
at Ivybridge Town council offices in the first instance.
